PHE has extensive experience in preparing NEPA documents and supporting environmental studies for a variety of Federal agencies. PHE is known for providing high quality services and documents under the most aggressive timelines and schedules. The key to PHE’s success is our staff. We employ qualified NEPA project managers (several with more than 25 years of experience) who are supported by a diverse and capable technical staff. Our project managers’ depth and experience allow us to both respond to simultaneous task orders and to select a team that is suited for the unique aspects of a project (e.g., geographic-specific experience).
