The products are ideally used for protection of membranes and as a separation and filtration medium for hydraulic works (e.g. riverbank and shore protection) The GeoMatt NP products have superior puncture resistance compared to other non-wovens in the market. For similar unit weights is GeoMatt NP offering superior strengths and permeability. Made out of virgin polypropylene is this product ideally protected against hydrolysis whereas polyester non-wovens can be chemically affected.
