OPCO Labs provides Optical Contract Manufacturing to OEM customers. The engineers at OPCO can manu-facture any optical assembly from a simple lens barrel to a fully integrated optical sub-assembly. Our team provides complete in-house engineering, prototyping, and subsystem production. They can deliver pre-aligned and calibrated systems for a variety of devices. Testing and alignment is accomplished using state of the art autocollimators, interferometers, spectropho-tometers, and laser systems. OPCO supports its Optical Contract Manufacturing program with in-house fabricated optics, micro-optics, optical coatings, and replicated gratings and mirrors. Our proprietary optical replication process can replicate simple or complex optical surfaces directly onto glass, metal, ceramic, or composite substrates. This enables lower cost designs, lower weight, and size reductions over conventional non-replicated optics.
