Palbase defines a comprehensive policy in which customer satisfaction is the basis for progressively achieving a positive evolution of the company’s results, which is disclosed to interested parties.

Management is also committed to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, through the adaptation of its strategy to changing markets and new needs of customers, employees and other interested parties.

A Palbase – Equipamentos Industriais, Lda Palbase – Equipamentos Industriais, Lda implemented a quality management system certified in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard by APCER in April 2024. The company has a 37-year history in the production and technical assistance of industrial equipment for the plastics and recycling industry and has now confirmed its quality work and processes with APCER certification.
