PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

To continuously improve your ownership, operating experience of our treatment systems and system performance/effectiveness Pan America has implemented a long-term, continuous product review program to improve existing products and develop new and better products.

Through ongoing product review using state-of-the-art 3D CAD design software, Computational Fluid Dynamics motion simulation software and structural mechanical simulation software we are able to R & D existing and new designs in house with higher design confidence, process physics comprehension and cost savings while enriching company capabilities and elevating our treatment designs.

IN THE BEGINNING:

We started in business by designing and providing oil water separators. Our designs were readily accepted in many markets such as groundwater remediation, machine shops, wash racks, fueling depots, fuel/oil tank farms and storm water treatment. Over the years we’ve applied our technologies in many other industries around the world as our national and international clientele grew. Since the introduction of our early oil/water separator systems we have added 7 different types of OWS Oil Water Separators, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Plate Dissolved Air Flotation, Inclined Plate Clarifiers, Slant Plate Clarifiers, TPI oil water separators, CPI oil water separators, Chemical pretreatment systems, emulsion cracking / breaking systems, Filtration systems, Batch treatment systems, Groundwater Remediation Systems, Vehicle Wash treatment, pH neutralization systems and API separators.
