PARSON VALVE BOX INSERT DESCRIPTION: PARSON VALVE BOX INSERTS are made of high density polyethylene and have been proven effective in preventing dirt, debris, road oils, salts and chemicals from collecting in the bottom of a water valve box. The insert eliminates the need to dig at the bottom of the valve box to clear the valve for operation. ADVANTAGES: • No corrosive parts. • Easy installation and removal. • Keeps grit, sand, foreign objects and water from entering the valve box. PERFORMANCE DATA & PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: PARSON VALVE BOX INSERTS are manufactured from High Density Polyethylene, meeting the requirements of ASTM D-1248, Class A, Category 5. A polypropylene strap is factory installed to make removal of the unit a simple operation. This Valve Box Insert is an in-stock item for the standard Tyler 5 ¼” valve box. Other sizes are available and can be custom made upon request. 6
