After the piles are being cast the machine compacts the concrete and gives the piles a smooth surface. The machine is multi-usable on several different sizes of moulds. This is created by giving the machine several an adjustable vibrating feet, these feet will be made on customer requested sizes. Although it’s a very compact machine, it even has his own onboard air compressor, the air is used as damper for the vibration as well as locking and moving the vibrating feet up and down. The movement of the machine is done by a electrical motor. The cable drum of the machine is provided with electrical end switches, the switch stops the machine when the cable is almost at the end. With the integration of the end switches the machine needs no operator, only to start and restart the machine.
