Our Plastic Diaphragm Pump made from HDPE and PTFE is made by carving out a solid block of these materials. This unique construction makes it ideal for managing a variety of viscous, chemically reactive fluids and those containing abrasive solids. Our Diaphragm Pumps are designed to withstand mechanical force and handle aggressive chemicals. The pumps are machined from solid block HDPE or PTFE, which offer superior wear resistance and chemical resistance compared to standard Polypropylene. For parts that are more vulnerable to wear, a different grade of HDPE can be used with even greater resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. Our Diaphragm Pump ranges are compact, robust, reliable, and easy to maintain, keeping service costs and process downtime to a minimum.
