Everywherewhere low mounting depths and large filter surface areas are required.Construction: Unifil’s pleated filter cells of are produced in various materials. You canchoose them with frames in aluminium or cardboard. On request, frames ingalvanised steel or V2A stainless steel can be supplied. Above all, the useof filter media with a good depth effect leads to very high dust holdingcapazities. The medium is finely pleated and is mounted in a sturdy frame.The large filter surface area guarantees a long service life. In order toensure fast servicing and cleaning, it is recommended that the filters beinserted into a U-profile guide.The model UZR cell filters are fitted with an additional 25 mm frame formounting in standard mounting frames.In contrast to the model UZ, the UZV model of has a pleated filter depthof 94 mm. As a result, the filter surface is greatly increased, which, in turn,leads to longer service life.In the case of the model GZ, the filter medium is supported on both sidesby a wire mesh.
