Smart pressure control system is a product based on innovative technology developed by PLUGCO to measure the internal pressure values of the plug and keep them within the desired range. Smart Pressure Control System (SPCS) provides automatic inflation/ deflation for inflatable products, such as pipe plugs, to the desired pressure. Thus, it controls the inflation pressure as per the specified pressure value. In other words, it doesn’t allow the inflation pressure to go above or below the set pressure value. For example, if there is a change in pressure due to external factors such as temperature, it supplies or release air to keep the pressure at the specified value. During plug operations, pressure loss may occur in the plug due to environmental factors. Due to pressure loss, actions such as rotation, loosening and slipping may occur in the plug. Slippage and rotation cause the plug to burst. This situation creates a serious problem in terms of work safety. Smart Pressure Control System keeps the pressure at constant intervals throughout the operation. In this way, the possibility of plug burst due to pressure loss is prevented.
