All data is stored in a central enterprise database and accessible via a web application with permissions based access. Personnel can easily input and access data so they can get their job done quickly. Data entry errors are minimized via automated calculations and customizable dropdown lists, which ensure consistent terminology. PQC gives YOU more control over your construction QA/QC projects.Data. On Purpose.Have Complete Control Of YourConstruction Quality Assurance/Quality Control ProjectsPQC By DataforensicsPQC enables you to manage and report construction quality control data from project inception to completion with maximum efficiency. Gain a competitive advantage in data collection, data management, processing, review and reporting construction quality control data by utilizing digital data entry capabilities to eliminate errors and provide real-time access to your data and reports.PQC is designed for intuitively managing construction quality control data. It is ensures efficient data collection with rigorous data validation, flexible reporting capabilities and workflow management. PQC’s web-based design allows you to securely manage your field density testing data, concrete testing data, special inspection reports, and field reports from anywhere at any time. Role level access allows you to provide your users the appropriate level of read, write, update, approve and report access. So, you can ensure the highest level of data integrity.Project PlanningPrior to going to the field, PQC streamlines your planning and data collection activities. You simply load all Proctor test results, Marshall test results, Compaction Specifications, Concrete Mix Designs and Concrete Specifications into the system. This ensures field personnel have access to the most current and correct data at all times. Personnel SchedulingUpon planning completion, work orders with all relevant information (time/location) can be assigned to specific personnel, such that field personnel know where to go, when to be there and what the testing materials and specifications are. Data CollectionFor users in a connected environment, they can utilize a laptop or tablet PC to access the web-application to input and report the data directly. For disconnected environments, users can utilize a PDA or Tablet PC to collect data to be uploaded at a later time. Both the web-application and PDA or Tablet PC application provide extensive data validation, automated calculations, including automatically determining whether the tests pass or fail. The system ensures the highest quality data is available in real- time. For density testing, users select the appropriate material (Proctor) and compaction specification and input the test results from Nuclear, Drive Cylinder, Sand Cone or Balloon test methods. PQC determines whether the tests pass or fail. For concrete testing, users select the appropriate mix design and concrete specification and input the test results for slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, along with batch ticket data. PQC performs calculations and determines whether the tests pass or fail.Lab Data ManagementPQC facilitates the data management process in your laboratory to ensure the concrete compressive strength testing aspect of your projects is streamlined as well. PQC eliminates re-sorting index cards for each concrete test, managing this process for you. The automated scheduling function informs the user of break schedule details. As compressive strength testing is performed, test results including load, diameter, height, and failure type are entered into PQC. PQC can then assess if the tests meet the required strength.Test ApprovalProfessional Engineers can approve tests and “sign-off” on the results directly within PQC. Once approved, only that PE can make any changes to the data. From there the data is ready for reporting and transmittal.Report GenerationIn order to provide reporting capabilities that are completely customizable to your preferences, PQC utilizes Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Whether simple density or concrete test reports to tabular summaries or graphs showing test results over time, you can tailor reports to fit your specific business process, data mining and visualization needs. TransmittalThe transmittal module in PQC gives you the ability to decide who, when and how your recipients receive their reports. PQC users can define report templates, choose which reports, such as density test, concrete and daily field reports, are sent and on what schedule whether daily, weekly or monthly. Create a transmittal, review it and send it via email all within the PQC. PQC retains all transmittal information if you ever need to track who was sent the various documents.Special Inspections/Daily Field ReportsConcreteLab TestingFailure Email NotificationDigital Data CollectionReport GenerationPhotoReportsTest SummaryReportsGraphReportsConcrete TestReportsSpecial InspectionReportsDentity TestReportsFieldReportsDensity TestingDensity TestSetupConcrete TestSetupConcrete TestingPQCTest Data ManagementWeb Portal“We never could have done this project without the PQC software. PQC has increased our responsive-ness such that our client can view the test results the day of testing.”– Sandy McIntosh, McIntosh Lalani Engineering
