They are an integral part of blow heat recovery and turpentine recovery systems. They are used extensively on blow tanks, in either batch or continuous operations, allowing the tanks to be sealed for NCG collection purposes. The Pressure-Vacuum Relief Valve is completely mechanical in operation and fitted with adjustable counter-weights. • Pressure settings of 1.5 to 13 psig • Pressure relief rates of up to 5,420 lb/min at 7 psig • Vacuum settings of 4.5 to 27 inches wc Vacuum relief rates of up to 11,000 cfm at 7 inches wc • Settings are adjustable • Over 400 valves supplied • Proximity switches available • Standard supply is carbon steel body with T-304SS pivots and seats • Available with all stainless steel wetted parts • O-ring seal for positive seal • Vacuum only or pressure only units also available • Available with 18? or 24? flanged connections
