Virtually maintenance free. • Fire retardant (FR) covers are available. PVC is available upon request. • Heavy-duty winches and zero-stretch belting and/or cables ensure covers stay tight and secure. STEEL FRAMEWORK High-quality galvanized steel framework is standard in all building designs. To ensure maximum strength, Norseman Structures uses two diff erent galvanizing processes. • In-Line Galvanizing: The heavy-duty, in-line galvanized steel is triple coated. First with a thick layer of protective molten zinc. Next a conversion coating bath provides an additional layer of corrosion protection. This is followed by a clear organic coating to seal the steel. • Hot-Dipped Galvanizing: Products are manufactured using high strength steel, hot dipped in a bath of molten zinc. This galvanizing process creates a product that is highly resistant to corrosion and is virtually maintenance free.
