Czech sprayers without compromiseSince the foundation in 1993 Agrio specializes on the production of sprayers. We are 100% Czech company. In 17 years of existance we have managed to develope a complete range of mounted, trailed, semi-mounted and self propelled sprayers. Our covered production area have increased from 120 m2 (1993) to today’s 6000 m2. Around 50% of all our machines go to the discerning German market. Agrio sprayers are known in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Serbia, Romania, Austria and Kazakhstan. Our customers appreciate the reliability of the sprayers, robustness of the construction and easy control. Oil dampers slow down the movement of booms in both directions.Hydraulic slope compensation is necessary in a hilly terrain when it is a must to change the tilt quickly.Soft vertical boom suspension is solved by a spiral spring.Booms hanging on a cable are not directly connected to the chassis and they do not copy its rolling.WaterControlling of all the functions is well-arranged and easy to handle with the 5-way pressure valve.Suction located on the side increases the vertical clearance of the sprayer.Filling centrifugal pump 600 l/min fills up the tank very quickly and increases daily output of the sprayer.Laminated tank with wave-breaks, inner paint closes the pores and makes the rinsing easy.Pneu-regulation armature is a simple solution, yet very powerful. It is resistant against the fertilizers, allows to change the pressure 0 - 5 bar in 5 seconds.Injector mixing nozzles make it easy to mix settled fertilizers after a longer pause.Suction filter has a mesh screen 32, which prevents damages of the sprayer pump.Chemical inductor with 60 l volume has a nozzle to clean a canister, special nozzle on the side sprays the bottom and dissolves the solid fertilizers.Circulation of spraying ichor allows to rinse the pres-sure hose so that the fertilizers get right to the noz-zles before starting to spray.Rinsing nozzles are made from a stainless steel and do not get stuffed by sand.Central filtration provides equal pressure on all the nozzles.Spraying pump Annovi Reverberi 160-500 l/min is ca-pable to run a long time under a high pressure.Antennae allow automatic slope compensation with-out computer.Ultrasonic sensors send a signal which returns after reaching the ground.
