The looped wedge wire screens have the ability to separate solids from liquids, as well as smaller materials from larger ones. These screens are constructed by putting individual wires through a machine, which loops them at a distance of 70 mm and holds them together with cross rods. This process ensures the precision of the slots and required aperture. The wires are then assembled into panels by feeding the cross rods through the loops of the wires. We produce looped screens in the form of flat and bent sheets with the possibility of additional reinforcement with fittings and fastening elements.
