They consist primarily of a control panel allowing variable on/off time settings and controlled dosing of wastewater flows to the treatment system.Common applications include sand filter systems, pressure distribution systems, mound systems, Ecoflo® or any others requiring a timed dose.Operating Principle When the on/off float reaches a certain level, the pump starts up and operates according • to a programmed pumping cyclePumping continues with on/off cycles until the on/off float lowers to its original position• If pumping station inflow is greater than the design flow, an override float switch will • continuously activate the pump to evacuate the excess liquid.
