Quality assurance

All chemical raw materials used in the production of products are obtained from reputable suppliers, ensuring each batch comes with a quality certificate (paper or electronic document).

Prior to acceptance, raw materials undergo rigorous checks to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. In the factory, products are manufactured strictly according to approved recipes.

Every manufactured product undergoes meticulous evaluation in our laboratory before bottling: the described and approved quality control procedures are carried out in compliance with the work instructions prepared according to the ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) implemented in the company, ensuring excellence at every stage.

The approved batch of production meeting the requirements is bottled and handed over to the customer/further use.

Traceability and transparency

For traceability and accountability, samples of each product batch are stored for 12 or 24 months, depending on the product’s shelf life. This practice ensures that our customers receive products that meet the highest quality standarts.
