Back in the 1980s, businesses operating heavy machinery all faced the same problem. No matter what they tried, they couldn’t keep dust particles from contaminating their engines and cabs. This undermined the effectiveness of the machinery and the safety of the operators. At a time when the world was becoming more and more aware of emissions, the heavy machinery industry was still stuck with a major air quality problem.

That’s when a young entrepreneur with a passion for problem-solving had an idea. He came up with a way to prevent dust from entering machine engines, patented a design, and eventually landed a deal with a major OEM. Sy-Klone was born. This first product worked so well that the new company had to scramble to meet demand. But we didn’t stop there. Sy-Klone built on this early win and set out to solve the even bigger problem of indoor air quality for cab operators.

Today, our products are used to protect people and machines at mines, farms, construction sites, and all kinds of other hard working environments. We’ve developed over 100 patents, published research with NIOSH, pioneered new air-quality standards, and built partnerships with the world’s leading OEMs. With Sy-Klone products in place, machine operators and mechanics around the world can finally say, “Now everything’s clear.”
