Insert filter cartridge inside showerhead.                    2. Secure front and back of showerhead together with 6 screws   provided.  Slotted screwdriver is required for this step.  There  are 6 screw holes evenly spaced around the outside of the  showerhead.  Front piece of showerhead will lock into place  against back piece of showerhead.  When you feel this lock, the  screw holes are perfectly aligned, and you can then insert the screws.    3. Remove existing showerhead from shower pipe and wrap end of  pipe with provided Teflon® tape.    4. Attach  Hi/Lo arm to your shower pipe by turning entire arm until  the Inlet Nut is secure and the Hi/Lo arm is straight.        5. Attach showerhead to Outlet Nut on Hi/Low arm and position  Swivel Joints at desired angles and secure Wing Nuts tightly in place.     BACKFLUSH INSTRUCTIONS Occasionally you may notice a reduced water flow through your filter.  This is normal in areas with high levels of sediment in the water supply.  To improve water flow, open your showerhead and remove the filter cartridge (follow the same directions for filter replacement).  Turn the filter cartridge 180°, and re-insert into the showerhead in the opposite direction from which it was previously positioned.  Replace the showerhead faceplate and turn on shower water.  Do not stand under the shower water for a few seconds.  You may notice discolored water coming from the showerhead very briefly.  This is the built up sediment that was clogging the screens on the filter.  The filter cartridge is reversible and may be used in either direction.  The media in the filter cartridge is still usable for the original 10,000 gallons.                     Shower Head  Hi/Low Arm  Filter Cartridge Teflon® Tape Screws (6)
