Ranco - Impregnation Unit - Brochure

The Ranco Impregnation System consists of a positive displacement gear type pump, coupled to avariable speed DC motor. The output line feeds a stainless steel drip bar. The drip bar is placed across the top of the blend auger or overhead impregnation auger. As the blended product passes under the drip bar, the liquids are accurately metered and evenly distributed throughout the entire blend. Because of the systems unique design, product viscosity changes do not affect the rate of output.
