Stay in Complete Control of Your Sampleand Calibration GasesBaldwin™-Series Flow Control Drawers from Perma Pure provide an easy and com-pact solution to control sample and calibration gases. The Model 3300 is a 19” rackmountable integrated gas flow control system for monitoring and controlling gases.Principle of OperationSample gas is extracted from the process through a filter probe and conditioningsystem to remove particulate and moisture. The conditioning system supplies a clean,dry sample to the back panel of the Model 3300 Flow Control Drawer.The stack probe filter and sample pump performance are indicated bythe flow control drawer vacuum/pressure gauges.The standard flow drawer is configured for two gas channels and twocalibration gases, zero and span. Manual control switches are pro-vided for selection of system or direct calibration. Four flow meters areincluded for visual indication and control of calibration gas, individualanalyzer and bypass flow. The Model 3300’s unique block & bleedmanifold system has the ability to switch the sample and up to eight calibration gasesto the analyzer rack utilizing the direct mode or to the total sampling system utilizingthe sample mode.The Model 3300 performs system bias checks. System integrity is verified by compar-ing gas analyzer readings for both the direct and system modes.
