Vicenza Expo Centre covers an area of 80,000 square metres and is equipped with a raised area featuring a restaurant and conference rooms, service areas for exhibitors and visitors, catering facilities, a press room and meeting rooms. An 8-level, multi-storey car park, adjacent and connected to the exhibition centre, provides parking for 600 vehicles.

The facility includes the Vicenza Convention Centre (opened in 2014), which can accommodate a total of 1,200 people and consists of a modular area with three permanent halls, as well as areas for public reception and events, and the Palladio Theatre with seating for more than 700.

Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) initiated a major redevelopment project at Vicenza Expo Centre in 2024 aimed at constructing a new, 22,000 m2, two-level hall. Designed by Hamburg-based Studio GMP in the name of sustainability, the new building will be built in the area formerly occupied by Halls 5 and 2, the original central core of the exhibition venue.
