The membranes are also factory loaded and tested to endure the required salt rejection and required permeate production levels. Membranes are sanitized before shipping. In some cases where long shipping periods are expected, membranes are loaded at site under Corodex Supervision.ConfigurationAll standard Corodex RO models are skid mounted on powder or epoxy coated frames. Other configurations are available upon request.IntegrationCorodex provides all necessary accessories required to integrate our units into an existing desalination system, as an optional feature.Non Standard SystemAll standard models can be custom engineered with desired output capacities and different feed and/or permeate water quality.Control PanelWeather proof control panel with all necessary sensors and controllers for maximum protection of various components of the RO units specifically the high pressure pump and membranes. Necessary indicators are included to monitor the performance of the RO system. Optional sophisticated control features including MMI (Man Machine Interface) with unique touch screen from reputed manufacturers are available whenever required the control features can be integrated to connect the RO unit with a central control and monitoring systems are available as well.
