RX Plastics is part of the Aliaxis group of companies, which employs over 11,500 people across 35 countries.

As a company RX Plastics identified many years ago the importance of the Water Reticulation Industry and have made a conscious effort to focus on as many aspects of this industry as possible i.e. pipe and pvc extrusion for carrying water, rotomoulded products for storing water, K-Line Irrigation systems for the efficient use in pasture irrigation and a large range of associated fittings to compliment our water products.

Commencing operation in 1972, RX Plastics has its head office and two manufacturing plants located in Ashburton with a third manufacturing plant in Hamilton.

This puts us in the heart of core customers and allows for excellent distribution facilities throughout New Zealand.

The recent development of PVC to our range was undertaken as an excellent opportunity to provide major growth to the company and provide "the package" to our many and varied customers.

In addition, the acquisition of the Skellerup Rotomould Division allows our company to be the number one New Zealand manufacturer of this product and also opened the door to a new client base.

In the last few years, we have continued to develop the popular K-Line irrigation range, adding K-Line Effluent, K-Line Karousel for orchards and crops, the retail K-Line Farm Pack and the patented K-Pipe.
