Disinfect hands with an alcohol wipe before handling any of the test kit components. Open one Agar Tube and place screw cap side up on a clean, dry surface. Remove sterile Sample Applicator Swab from the envelope (do not touch the swab side). Insert Sample Applicator Swab into the liquid sample for approximately 10 seconds. For solid samples, use the Sample Applicator directly to swab the surface.
