Fully insulated floor, walls and roof cavities with thermal barriers
Load rated wood or non-wood sub-sheathing for interior / exterior walls and roof framing
Interior and exterior cladding to order fully laminated and/or mechanically fastened:
- Galv. 24ga steel with 30 year warranty factory Kynar painted finish
- .040 aluminum with 20 year warranty factory Kynar painted finish
- White or light tan exterior sheet fiberglass / White FRP interior
  Exterior Elastomeric sand stucco finish
- Exterior Cement fiber board
- Exterior Corrugated siding
- Exterior Fiberglass aggregate panels
- Galvanized steel cladding with a shop painted marine grade epoxy finish
- Custom claddings to meet specifications and/or existing site claddings
Common Floor covering: Commercial grade vinyl tile, anti-static tile, aluminum tread plate, epoxy finished flat or tread plate steel.
Industrial single ply membrane or 24ga steel standing seam roofing system
Certified welders / licensed electrician
Designs overseen by (2) different engineering firms, a 3rd party inspection agency and a certified quality control inspection process.
