Boydel`s more heavy duty platform for more heavily TSS loaded feedstocks up to ~3-4 % solids. Platforms can handle volume wet bio-sludge and wet industrial bio-sludges from .1% to 3 % loadings.  The SludgeMiner applies a dual zone electro chemical treatment first of electro-coagulation and then a second strong oxidation treatment. I testing where centrifuges are providing 15-18% dewatering the SludgeMiner treated effluent delivered to a simple plate press has achieved >30-35% de-watering of the bio-solids. It seems that our process breaks bacterial cellular mass allowing trapped water to be released. Perfect both for new installations and to retrofit existing plants with wet sludge outputs where over 60% sludge handling cost reductions are possible.
