The product is therefore not covered by Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures ... . in accordance with Article 1, Paragraph 5c. Moreover, the product contains none of the substances listed in Regulation 1907/2006 EC Article 31, Paragraph 1b) and c) or Paragraph 3 a), b) and c). As a result of this the product is not covered by Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) ..., in which Article 31 sets out the requirements for safety data sheets.
