PARTICIPATION OPTIONS AND COSTS The cost of participation consists of basic participation cost and cost of additional services. The basic participation cost consists of registration fee and exhibition space rental (space rental + shell stand, space only inside hall or open-air space). Registration fee includes registration of a participant, catalogue entry (up to 400 characters), 1 copy of the catalogue, the Internet listing of exhibitor, badges for stand attendants, exhibition complimentary invitation cards (50 pieces), “Wallet”, exhibitor’s advertising campaign, a ticket for welcome opening cocktail party (1 ticket if a company takes less than 50 sq. m. of space inside hall, 2 tickets if a company takes space from 50 to 100 sq. m. and 3 tickets for space more than 100 sq. m., for open-air space booths - 1 ticket for each 80 sq.m). Detailed terms of participation, a set of additional order forms and a package of advertising services are given in the Exhibitor's Manual. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE Within 5 days after receipt of Space Application Form the Organiser will contact the Exhibitor for stand location details. After fixing the stand location the Exhibition Management forwards the Exhibitor's manual, the contract and calculation of participation to the Exhibitor. Within 5 working days the Exhibitor must send signed/stamped contract to the Exhibition Management by fax (or a scanned copy via e-mail). After receiving contract the Exhibition Management invoices the Exhibitor. The invoice should be paid within the time limit and in the amount stipulated in the contract. Hereafter the Exhibitor has to send two original hard copies of the contract (signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the company) by regular mail to the postal address of the Exhibition Management. One hard copy of the contract signed and stamped by the Exhibition Management will be send back to the Exhibitor within 7 working days upon receipt of the contract from the Exhibitor. SPACE RESERVATION In case the contract is signed before 1 June 2013 the Exhibition Management will send to the Exhibitor the preliminary confirmation of stand reservation after receipt of minimum 20% of the invoice amount. In case the contract is signed after 1 June 2013 the Exhibition Management will send the preliminary stand confirmation after receipt of 30 % of the invoce amount from the Exhibitor. If the Exhibition Management does not receive a signed copy of the contract or payment is not received within the time limit stipulated in the contract the preliminary space reservation can be stopped. After receipt of 100% of the stand rental fee the Exhibitor will receive the final confirmation of stand reservation. If the Company applies for participation after 1 March 2014 the stand reservation will be done only after payment of 100% of stand rental fee. Enhanced Standard stands are really cost-effective because design works, logistics and accreditation are already included in stand price.
