SRV - Beating Rotor Brochure

The MAIER Beating Rotor SRV is a cost-effective solution for the production of chips from pre-crushed industrial waste wood, pallets, reclaimed timber or saw mill residues as well as for the reduction of urban waste contingents. The output material can be used as high-quality raw material for further processing in panel board industry or for thermal utilization in power plants. The input material, pre-cleaned from heavy impurities, is fed into the machine through the large-dimensioned vertical hopper and is crushed with high kinetic energy between the fast rotating heavy hammers and the counter-knife. The crushed material is further homogenized to the required size at the refractioning grid and discharged from the machine by screw, trough-chain or belt conveyor.
