STATIONARY SAMPLERSQH SERVIS manufactures three lines of stationary samplers - SIMPLY SAMPler, SOFT SAMPler and EASY SAMPler, differing in features, control unit and sampling system. The samplers are equipped with stainless steel cabinets with injected PUR foam insulation. Doors are lockable.SIMPLY SAMPler / stationarySimple automatic water sampler with all basic options for sampling in time, volume, flow and phenomenon-based modes.Sampling is provided by a peristaltic pump. Before each sampling, the pump reverse flow blows the hose, and the same occurs after the sampling. The hose can be washed several times with the current sample before each sampling – the liquid is sucked only up to the pump and then discharged.The sampling program is stored in the configuration memory connector – the preset sampling mode is launched by connecting it to the device. After the configuration connector connecting, use the button to calibrate the required sample volume. While the program is running, the same button can be used for non-scheduled manual sampling. The sampler status is indicated by the button backlight and the bi-color LED on the configuration connector. The way the sampler is used requires neither display nor keypad, making the operation much simpler. Several configuration connectors can be used to operate the sampler, programmed for individual sampling modes, or you can use the configuration connector/PC software kit anytime to select the sampling program or sampling cycle periods. Samples are taken to a shared container. SOFT SAMPler / stationaryEasy-to-use automatic water sampler that meets demanding requirements for programming, logging and connecting of external signals. The sampler is controlled by Bond–OO-checK external memory, with real time circuitry. Before you start the sampling, use a PC to select the required sampling mode in the BOND-oo-CHECK. Launch the sampler by connecting the Bond-OO-checK to the sampler. Once connected, use the button to calibrate the required sample volume. The sampler status is indicated by the button backlight and the three-color LED on the BOND-oo-CHECK. The used sampler operation system requires neither display nor keypad, ensuring easy operation. While samples are being taken, the BOND-oo-CHECK stores sampling data (sampling time, filled bottle, sample taken, sample room temperature, flowmeter and other measuring units signal values, sample temperature and other data) that can later be uploaded to a PC, processed and printed as an amendment to the sampling protocol. Sampling is provided by a peristaltic pump. Before and after each sampling, the pump is reversed to blow the hose clean – the same occurs after the sampling. You may also wash the hose with the current sample for several times before sampling – the liquid is sucked up to the pump and discharged.The SOFT SAMPLer can be equipped with a distributor that stores the sample in several containers. The containers can be grouped and used for example when preservatives are used.You may operate the sampler in modes based on time, flow, volume and phenomena. The Bond-OO-checK control unit features immediate sampling, delayed start or sampling scheduled to calendar days. In the phenomena mode, the sampling can be controlled by numerous signals (temperature from an external sensor, water level sensor signal, analog signal and digital input).EASY SAMPler The sampler is controlled by a graphic display and 6 buttons. The sampler features peristaltic or vacuum sampling. The sampler can be equipped with a container distributor. Sampler outputs can be connected to a control system.
