Ohio Magnetics manufactures magnets, power supplies and remote control, systems used in industrial construction and heavy fabrication to lift beams, channel, plate, rebar and other ferrous components from staging areas to work areas. During demolition, our magnets help recover steel rebar and scrap metal. METAL PROCESSING – NEW METAL PRODUCTION

Ohio Magnetics supplies metal processing mills, foundries and metal OEMS with quality magnets and magnetics systems designed and crafted to increase efficiency while at the same time reducing costs and downtime.

METAL PROCESSING – METAL RECOVERY & SCRAP METAL RECYCLING

For metal recycling and material recovery, Ohio Magnetics provides lifting magnets with DC power supplies and magnet controls for stationary and mobile equipment used for ferrous-scrap metal processing. Stearns separation equipment includes electro-magnetic and permanent magnet drums for the auto shredding industry as well as magnet pulleys and over- the- belt magnets for separation of ferrous material from conveyed industrial and consumer waste.

MINING

Ohio Magnetics produces a diverse range of Stearns® brand products such as stationary and self-cleaning, Over-the-Belt Magnets for tramp iron removal. Stearns Magnetics Systems are also used for coal preparation and iron ore purification. Our equipment is custom designed to provide optimum performance and long-term service in the demanding conditions of the mining industry. TRANSPORTATION & UTILITIES

Ohio Magnetics manufactures many lifting magnets, power supplies and magnet control systems used in maintenance of rail yard material handling and on fleet service trucks used in railroad maintenance and operations.
