How we Manufacture our Recycled Plastic Products

Operating for over 40 years, Centriforce Products Ltd is one of the UK’s pioneers of plastic reprocessing and recycling.

Centriforce’s operation is unique. It is one of very few who actually source waste plastic materials and turn them into complete, high quality products which are fully recyclable after use.

We are proud of all of our reprocessed plastic products, just as much as we are about the process which is used to create them. You can also be sure that we take our contribution seriously – sparing perfectly workable plastic from landfills in a time where environmental consciousness has never been so important.

Our Recycled Plastic Materials & LDPE Recycling Processes

We start by feeding in various recycled plastic materials from a wide range of sources including industrial waste, post-consumer, and retail environments.

Our team receives bales of plastic bottles, film, lump and even pipe which is then separated as required and then granulated. This is known as a LDPE recycling process where low-density polyethylene is recycled and turned into useful new materials and products.

This takes place at our industry leading LDPE granular extrusion plants where the useful materials are separated out. The end products of our LDPE recycling processes are then utilised to manufacture our quality range of products which are used in a wide variety of industries.
