We work with our clients and affiliated consultants/contractors to effectively implement General Storm Water Permits and 13267 Letter (technical reporting) requirements. Condor has prepared industrial Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and filed Notice of Intents (NOIs) in California, Oregon, Washington, Alabama and Louisiana.Overall Storm Water Services:• Preparation and implementation of SWPPPs;• Development and implementation of water quality Monitoring and Reporting Programs (MRPs);• Preparation of water quality monitoring work plans and Sampling and Analyses Plans (SAPs);• Development of cost-effective Best Management Practices (BMPs);• Development and implementation of Storm Water Management Programs (SWMPs) for Phase I and Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Water Systems (MS4s);• Assessment and reporting of storm water and ambient water quality monitoring data for regulatory compliance;• Storm water and water quality sample collection;• Regulatory and laboratory liaison; and,• Design and inspection of storm water collection and retention systems.Since 2003, Condor has been either the prime contractor or subcontractor to conduct storm water monitoring activities for the City of Stockton and County of San Joaquin’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Permit. Condor has successfully coordinated and conducted up to ten concurrent regulatory-directed water quality monitoring programs, including seven different urban waterways and up to 44 urban discharge and receiving water monitoring locations. Proactive support for our clients and cost-effective storm water management alternatives are the hallmarks of Condor’s storm water services. Condor’s Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSDs) are available to assist with any construction project in the preparation and submittal of the Permit Registration Documents (PRDs), Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) entries and development of project-specific, cost-effective BMPs. Condor has provided construction SWPPP services since 1999 for major agricultural and land development projects throughout California.Condor’s construction storm water compliance services include:• Preparation and submittal of PRDs;• Assistance with Annual Report preparation (due September 1st of each year);• Preparation and electronic submittal of SMARTS documents;• Assistance with filing the Notice of Termination (NOT) at the completion of construction activities;• Training of personnel assigned responsibility for non-storm and storm water visual observations; sampling and analysis; BMP installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair; and, ensuring full compliance with the Construction General Permit (CGP);• Implementation of all SWPPP elements; and,• Site inspections and storm water sampling of construction sites as required by the CGP.Continued from side one...
