Stunning System By Co2 Meco-21 S Elevator - Data Sheet

Machine designed for pork stunning process by CO2. This machine comprises an elevator with a side entry, with capacity for 120 pigs per hour (100 kg each animal). It incorporates a single basket of pigs, which is filled laterally one by one thanks to a tunnel of conduction (the acquisition of the Mecanova’s tunnel of conduction for pigs is recommended for a better dosage and loading of each basket). The machine includes a sectional access door. It is tractioned by an electric gearmotor, bringing the animals to the point of stunned. The exit is frontal. The dimensions of the basket allow cycles of 5-6 pigs of 100 kg in it. The descent and turning of the basket is guided all the time. The turning is mechanical, which provides great reliability. The machine incorporates a counterweight, which significantly reduces the load on the engine. The machine complies with all safety requirements for handling with locking access doors and a pump for the quick gas extraction
