In 45 m² area, with 4 people, in Ümraniye Auto Industry Zone, established by Hasan KURT. Step into the business with repair, assembly and installation of water pumps.

1994

EPOCH OF ESTABLISHMENT

As a beginning, started to manufacture 4 kinds of water pumps, with the participation of Ahmet ERTÜRK to the company as a partner.

1996

EPOCH OF ESTABLISHMENT

Moved to 120 m² area in Ihlamurkuyu and increased the product types mainly producing electromagnetic submersible pumps.

1998

EPOCH OF ESTABLISHMENT

With the begining of business in 480 m² area in Ihlamurkuyu, has been implemented policy of service to all Anatolia.

2001

EPOCH OF ESTABLISHMENT

By starting to produce rotary motor pumps, increased the product range to 24 kinds.

2002

EPOCH OF ESTABLISHMENT

Within the investment of large scale manufacturing, started to produce electric motors inside the factory and covered sales policy the whole Turkey.

2003

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

By moving to 2700 m² area in Dudullu increased manufacturing investments and started to produce 45 kinds of pumps including free fan pumps and drainage pumps with 24 employees.

2004

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

The first fair participation to Sodex Fair Istanbul, which has both national and international exhibitors and visitors, and continued to exhibit in subsequent years.

2005

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

Dealership and technical service network coordinated all around Turkey has become systematic.

2006

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

With TSE-ISO-EN 9000 certificate, quality management system is adopted and all products are certified with CE-TSE-TSEK.

2007

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

With the investment of R&D and quality control test equipments, laboratory has been modernized and become compatible to international standards.
2008

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

By enlarging the product range with vertical axle hydrophores and fire systems appropriate to NFPA20 standards, larger types of domestic requirements are covered.

2009

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

First step in export to Dubai.

2010

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

By enlarging the total manufacturing area to ??6000 m², 4`` deep well submersible pumps and larger types of septic pumps are added to product range. First participation to international exhibition with Syria fair and continued to participate 5-6 international exhibitons a year.

2012

EPOCH OF DEVELOPMENT

By including the manufacturing of electric control panels to production zone, the products with control panels became completely original and manufacturing capacity is increased.

2013

BRANDING AND CORPORATION AGE

Attendance of sectoral most prestigous fair has started. International China Canton Fair, Dubai BIG5 Fair, Italy MCE Fair, Germany ISH Fair, Locally Sodex and Müsiad Fair attendance has taken regularly.

2014

BRANDING AND CORPORATION AGE

Agreement has signed with Cameroon State of Hydraulic Works. All governmental building pumps has renewed with SUMAK brand.

2015

New factory construction has started which has 12.500 m² area in Dilovasi Imes Industrial Area.

Day by day export network has expanded and big sales applied with Germany, America and then England.

Our complete stainless stell pump & booster series production has started for answering the market needs.

At the end of 2019, our factory has moved and started to 21,500 m² closed area of ??which the construction was completed in Dilovasi IMES OSB..

INNOVATION AGE

The move to our factory, which started at the end of 2019 was established in Dilovasi IMES OIZ, has been completed. We will continue to move forward in line with our goals in our modern facility with automation system on an area of ??21.500 m² in the Organized Industrial Zone.

Sumak Pump continues to increase its quality concept every day, who has wide series of product range including domestic pumps from the smallest to biggest pumps to meet all customer demands.Sumak Pump, who improves itself with R&D projects by collaboration of university and industry, follows and implements the world wide technological developments.Sumak Pump has exports to 65 countries, by exhibiting averagely 3 national and 6 international fair organizations a year.
