1987 Krofta is founded in Austria as a dedicated manufacturing and product engineering center.

1992 Appointment of Dr. Eric Puhar as President of the Krofta group companies Incorporation of Krofta Russia

1997 Acquisition of Chemasia Engineering in Malaysia

1999 Megacell Patent issued

2002 Milos Krofta passes away in Lenox, MA. The KROFTA Group successfully completes its reorganization. This year KROFTA Waters Technology Ltd. founded in Budapest.

Finally the company reaches over 3,600 installations in 77 countries. Signing of the company`s first BOT contract in Yi Chun City, China with a guaranteed project revenue in excess of US$ 60 million.
