When the idea for a Cali-Logger was conceived, my purpose was to assist in the field sample note taking requirements and at the same time provide a credible computer report of the work. The Buck Cali-Logger does this by using a Chain of Custody Form. From the time the sample is initiated until it is sent to the laboratory for analysis, the progression of collecting is traceable and performed in a manner consistent with good industrial hygiene practice.
