Our designs ensure that both turbulence and air entrainment are avoided. Optimum thickener operation is dependent on several factors one of which being the conditioning of the feed stream to ensure ideal flocculation and thereby particle settlement. Frequently this requires dilution of the feed slurry for which Roymec Technologies has developed a simple yet effective self regulating feed dilution system.
