Traffic Enclosure - Data Sheet

This enclosure was designed from the ground up to meet the needs and regulations of the traffic market. When designing this enclosure, we wanted to ensure it was secure, both from whatever weather it may need to face and from any unauthorized persons trying to get in. With that in mind, this enclosure is manufactured from 1/8 inch thick Aluminum to NEMA 3R specifications and features a full-length Stainless Steel piano hinge with all Stainless hardware and a Stainless Steel threepoint latch that’s pad-lockable and requires a standard #2 key to open. This enclosure can hold up to two group 31 batteries and has four 10-32 mounting studs. These studs are designed to mount one of our pre-built ready-to-ship Power Ready Express control panels, or a custom-designed control panel built on one of our 15-inch by 6.5-inch blank backplates. Thanks to the multiple mounting kit options this enclosure can be mounted to any size pole with either band clamps, or U-bolts.
