DURABILITY

All products manufactured by Tsunami Products, Inc. are designed with very stringent guidelines and process regulations. All products are built in compliance with ISO 9001 2008 certification standards.

Units are constructed from high grade aluminum and stainless steel materials and are welded to ensure years of durability. The housings are then completely powder coated with a durable oven-baked paint system. Our environmentally controlled painting system is certified which allows all of our products to withstand years of salt spray corrosion potential and impact resistant requirements. Electrical systems and components follow UL and NEC regulations for safety certification. All components which are in direct contact with the potable water portion follow NSF guidelines. The incorporated air and water filtration systems use only sanitary — high quality stainless steel and plastic materials which are classified for potable use. All of the units have integrated heavy duty latching and locking systems to help deter unauthorized access and vandalism.

MULTI-STAGE FILTRATION

Tsunami Products water extraction machines do more than just produce water... they produce clean drinking water. Dust and other airborne particles in the air can be pulled into the system along with the humidity during the water extraction process. Knowing this, we have designed and integrated several stages of air and water filters to keep the water safe and clean to drink.

Filters integrated into the doors and wall panels remove most of the floating dust particles even before they can reach the water condensing area. A second series of air filters further capture any particulate that might have entered into the unit while the doors are open. As the air passes through the cooler and water begins to condense, a screen mesh strains the water as it drops into the tank. From the tank, the water passes through another stainless mesh and enters the filter pump system. From there, it is passes through a series of UV lights which kill pathogens that might be present in the water. Next, it is pumped through several cartridge type filters and finally through a carbon filter unit before returning back to the chiller unit. This process is under continuous circulation until it is routed into owner provided external reservoirs as needed. On the way into the external reservoirs, the water is again passed through the same filtration system.
