The 0.40ml tube enables efficient storage of low volumes of liquid samples. Due to thick tube walls, the tube has a sturdy design and excellent properties for ultra-low temperature storage. The 2D Data-Matrix codes are permanently laser-etched into the tube bottom so that they can never wear or fall off, ensuring absolute traceability. The 0.40ml tube is compatible with the 1D barcoded Micronic 96-1 Rack which is based on the automation-friendly ANSI/SLAS rack format. Additionally, the tube is compatible with liquid handlers and automated stores.
