Turborator - Self Aspirating Submerged Impeller Aerator and Mixer System - Brochure

The Turborator is a self aspirating submerged impeller aerator and mixer. When the patented Turborator® impeller rotates in a liquid, a low pressure zone is created behind each blade. This low pressure zone creates a strong vacuum which draws air down the shaft and disperses as fine bubbles into the surrounding liquid.  Air is introduced up to 9 feet below the surface without requiring a blower or compressor.  The air drawn by the pumping action of the Turborator® is sheared by the vane edges of the high speed radial flow impeller producing millions of micron sized bubbles.
