Difficult transport ways that with mechanical transport are done in combination with horizontal and vertical conveyors, can be done with´only one machine.Grain blowers are working species true and are mobile applicable. They can be used for filling or unloading bins e.g. bin box or trans-port of grain, rape seeds and grass seeds depending on design. Also synthetic pellets can, depending on conditions and material be transported with a grain blower.Grain blower BG 80 / IG 740The grain blower BG 80 is our smallest grain blower. The blower is equipped with a injector valve and a 630 mm inlet hopper, to insu-re an effective pressure transport. The grain blower IG 740 possess a considerable higher capacity in connection with a 7,5 kW Motor. A hopper attachment (30 cm) increase the hopper capacity with approx. 75 kg.The machines are standard with star-delta-switch, ampere meter, motor-circuit-switch and CEE plug.The grain blower BG 80 can with a throttle valve be used for bin aeration.Grain blower with rotary feeder for pressure transportGrain blowers with a motor driven high-precision injector valve made out of cast iron has a very high transport capacity in relation tothe energy demand. The caster material ensures a long durability, a high fitting accuracy and density. The transport material is con-stantly injected into the pressure flow. Thereby the optimal achievement potential for the blower is used. By the ZG 1700 and BG 120 additionally brushes are mounted in the rotary feeder. The automatic flow controller provides for an optimal use of the blower and supplies this with the necessary secondary air. For the models ZG 1700 and ZG 1900 the motor is directly mounted, the models BG 120/130 have the power transmission by means of belts drive. The intake hopper has a diameter of 800 mm. The devices are equipped with a star-delta switch incl. protective switchgears for the engine (Mod. BG 130 with an automatic star-delta switch). For the blower types ZG 1700, BG 120 and BG 130 a conversion kit for suction transport is available.BG 80 BI 80 IG 740ZG 1700 BG 1203Grain blower - Suction-Pressure transportGrain blowers for Suction- Pressure transportGrain blowers for suction-pressure transport are used for the pneumatic unloading and loading of grain, raps etc.. These blowers can be used both in flat storage and in round bins. The precision rotary feeder injected the transport material into the pressure flow, but first a special suction separator in the intake separates the intake air and the product. These blowers are available with an electric drive from 7,5 KW to 22 KW. The drive is done by means of drive belts, for the model ZGSD 1700 the engine is mounted direct on the shaft. Alternatively there is the model PTO 150/30, which is driven by means of the PTO of the tractor. It is therefore suitable for stores that aren’t placed on the farm, or in places where the neces-sary electrical power isn’t available. For this blower type an extensive accessorie program is available e.g. truck loading device, suction sprout, vertical suction pipe, suction bowl for the intake pit etc. which makes assignments during different conditions possible.
