PMS - Model Ultra DI - 20 Plus - 20 nm Liquid Particle Counter - Operations Manual

This manual gives you the information necessary to successfully unpack, install, operate, and maintain the Ultra DI® 20 Plus liquid optical particle counter. The Ultra DI 20 Plus particle counter (also referred to as “particle sensor” or “sensor” throughout this manual) samples deionized water to monitor the presence of particles. Laser illumination with a high-resolution optical system, collects particlescattered light. Determination of particle size is accomplished with pulse height analysis (PHA) of the scattered light. The Ultra DI 20 Plus particle counter detects particles 20 nm and larger. See Specifications on page 1-5 for more details.
