Universal - Model 270S - Heated Sample Probe - Datasheet

The Universal Analyzers Model 270S Heated Stack Filter Assembly is designed to be installed on sample stacks containing non-hazardous gases. The Model 270S may be installed in an unclassified area. If the area is classified as a hazardous area, contact the factory for assistance. Filter changes can be made in less than one minute. The Model 270S filter will mount to a 1/2” MNPT connection, using a union pipe connector. The probe tube used with the Model 270S sample probe is a 1/2” Sched 40 pipe with a 3/4” reducing bushing weld. Stack temperatures and corrosive gases will determine the material and design of the probe to be used. Sample flow rates of up to 20 l/m can be extracted and filtered through the Model 270S with a minimal amount of pressure drop.
