The Vincent Shredder is a horizontal machine with a 180º discharge area on the underside. It is ideally suited for bulky materials, such as citrus peel, whole fruit and produce waste. The blades, which are fixed, rotate on a horizontal shaft. These blades are made of heat treated stainless alloy. Blades sharpened to 45 degrees are used where the action required is more like slicing than smashing.
