VISCOlab - Model 3000 - Temperature-Controlled Viscometer -Brochure

When viscosity testing requires the sample material to be tested at specific temperatures, the VISCOlab 3000 viscometer is the ideal choice for R&D, QC labs or measuring oil viscosity for VI Index. No separate, bulky, slow-responding water bath system is required. The VISCOlab 3000 is a temperature controlled viscometer that incorporates an integrated heater that allows this precision viscometer to accurately deliver measurements at user-defined temperatures from slightly above ambient to 356°F (180°C). Further, the temperature range of this temperature controlled viscometer can be extended to -40°C with the optional cooling jacket coupled with an appropriate cooling bath. The sensor is easily field-calibrated and supports any of 13 different viscosity ranges from 0.2-20,000cP (cSt), with up to 40 distinct temperature/viscosity calibrations. This is particularly useful in measuring oil viscosity for VI Index or in used oil analysis labs.
