DescriptionRainwater filter for large roof areas. Filter forinstallation in concrete manhole (Ø 1000 mm).Standard concrete shafts or similar load bearingchambers can be used. The filter can be delivereddirectly to site.Two step cleaning system, therefore high level offiltering efficiency, independent of flow rate.Due to the steep inclination of the filter cartridgethe dirt is continuously cleaned away into thesewer. The sewer connection is installed in theshaft. The dirt falls down to the bottom of the shaftand is washed away with the next strong rainfall.Relative connection capacity for roof areas up to1200 m². A larger area can be connected using aBypass-Installation .Inlet rainwater DN 200Outlet into tank DN 150Outlet into sewer DN 200Height difference between inlet and outlet 320 mm.The filter has to be cleaned periodicallydepending on the contamination.We recommend 1-2 times per year.How it works1. As water arrives the level builds up and flowsevenly across the whole width of the filtercascade.2. The largest dirt particles flow over the primaryfilter and fall to the bottom of the shaft.3. Pre filtered water then flows over the secondarymesh filter. Due to the innovative structure of the3P sieve mesh, any dirt is washed directly towaste that means the filter is highly self cleaningand low maintenance. Debris cannot sit on 3PFilters.4. The cleaned water is collected in the lowerinternal sump and flows to storage through the DN150 outlet.5.
