A biological nutrient removal treatment system provides flexibility and is designed to meet current and future total nitrogen limits.HyPerion WasteWater treatment Plant full secondary uPgrade Los Angeles, California Black & Veatch provided master planning and design assistance for the upgrade to full secondary treatment at this facility, one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the Western Hemisphere.
